Descriptions

Open Gym

Unlimited weekly gym sessions to complete your program or DIY. Generally staffed at peak times.

 

CloudFit workouts

These sessions are self paced & ideal if you are time poor or a beginner. Run on average for 24min to 28min. Each workout is demonstrated on-screen and have a pre set timer. May include the use of kettlebell, dumbbell, sand bags, wall balls, body weight and everything in-between. 

 

Recovery Room

Ideal for warm up or cool down, mobility work. recovery, stretching and foam rolling.

 

Kickboxing Beginner

Fast paced using pads work, heavy bags & kick shields with some cardio and core to complete your workout.

 

Kickboxing Intermediate

Technique based, combos, footwork, striking, guard light contact. Using thai pads & heavy bags. Generally round timed. 16oz gloves & mouth guard recommended. 

 

Kickboxing Kids 7-12 

30min no contact, learn defense, stances, guarding. Some basic cardio and body weight exercises. Paid in full at start of each term.

 

Sparring light & full contact.

Requires 16oz gloves, mouth, groin and shin guards. Head gear recommended but optional. 2min Rounds.
